Having trouble making a payment? Here's what to do

If you're encountering difficulties while booking one of our events or programs, don't worry. Below, we've outlined the payment process along with some helpful checks you can make.

  1. Select 'Register Now': On the event/program page, select 'Register Now' on the right hand side, underneath the ticket price.

  2. Submit your registration information: Ensure that you provide all the requested information on the registration page to process your order smoothly.

    Once done, tick the box indicating your consent to share information with event sponsors.

    Then, proceed by selecting 'Buy Ticket'.

  3. Enter your card details: Input your card details, including your name, card number, expiry date, and CVC.

    Have a voucher code? If you possess a voucher for the event, enter it here and click 'Use' to apply any available discounts. 

    After adding your card details and voucher codes, finalise your purchase by clicking 'Buy ticket'.

  4. Add to calendar: You're in! Once your order has been processed, you'll land on this confirmation page.

    From here, you can add the event to your calendar by selecting 'Add to calendar', and access all of your upcoming events by clicking 'Go to your events'.

  1. Double Check Your Actions: Make sure you've completed all the necessary steps and ticked all relevant boxes during the payment process.

  2. Ensure Completion of Required Details: It's essential to fill out all requested details accurately. Failure to do so might prevent you from completing the payment process.
